Welcome!

Isn’t it frustrating when you’ve worked your butt off on your website, you feel you’ve done everything you know to do, and … crickets? Nothing seems to change even though you’re creating amazing content and spending hours sharing on social media.

Heck, you’ve even paid for a couple of Facebook ads, admit it.

Guess what? I get you. I’ve been there. I’ve done that and my life goal is to make sure that you don’t spend as much time in the weeds as I did. Know what sparks MY joy?

Your success, my friend.

Just the Facts Version:

Marye Audet-White is a former stay at home, home-schooling mom of 8 that leveraged an unexpected life event into a writing career and a six figure income. She is the owner of Restless Chipotle Media, LLC, writes full time on her blog, Restless Chipotle, as well as creating courses for bloggers and influencers. Marye was a writer for Texas Living Magazine for 4 years, has published over 10 cookbooks, and been featured in numerous interviews, TV spots, websites, and grandchildren’s drawings. With 22 years of homeschooling experience she can teach anyone anything. It’s her passion to see women “twirling into their happily ever after”.

Hey Y’all,
I’m Marye Audet-White and here’s where you’re going to get to know me a little and learn more about why I do what I do so that you can do what you want to do.

Hello Mrs. Cleaver

Until 2009 I thought I had my entire life mapped out. I was a stay at home, homeschooling mom with 8 kids. I was a loving wife, kept the house clean, and wanted to be Mrs. Cleaver when I grew up. I even had the pearls, y’all.

I went to church twice on Sunday and once on Wednesday. I was one of the “core” people – if you’re active in church you know what that means.

We didn’t have a lot of money, and by that I mean my husband controlled everything and I wasn’t even sure what our income was. He was the undisputed Head of the House and his decisions were irrevocable.

I can’t even believe all of it looking back on it. I spent 30 years in an abusive situation without every realizing that I was being emotionally and spiritually abused – and that was the example I was setting for my daughters.

When Life Throws You Lemons Squeeze Hard and Add Vodka

When he cheated for the umpteenth time I was done. In 24 hours I went from being a stay at home mom to being an “oh my God how am I going to feed these kids?” mom. I was so angry. In my mind I had done everything right and gotten kicked in the teeth for my trouble.

I worked my butt off (ok… I wish I’d worked it off… in reality it’s still very present) learning to write, writing for clients, and trying to grow my hobby blog in my spare time. I was writing over 70 articles a month for clients who paid me between$16 and $50 each for the articles. My hours were long and exhausting – sometimes 20 hours a day. I was still trying to homeschool as well.

I don’t even need to say that the ex was not paying child support, right?

That Moment of Clarity

I met a guy. Actually I think God dropped the guy in my life because He knew I needed help. We were married a year later. Slowly I was able to get everything under control, although I was heartbroken to put my kids in school. I shouldn’t have been – they’ve done very well.

Healing and Believing

It took time for me but I learned to accept me for who I was – not perfect but seriously ok. I learned to believe that I could accomplish big things and provide for my family as well as being able to make the world a little better for others here and there.

In 2016 I fired all of my clients except one and went full time on my blogs, Restless Chipotle and Lowcarb-ology.   (I sold Lowcarb-ology in January 2019) and topped 6 figures in income. You know that $20 I used to get for writing for clients? Now I get $2,000 for basically the same thing!

Woman in the ocean with a child

I learned that life has seasons and the end of one is the beginning of another. There are things I miss about my past but so many things to love about my present AND so many things to believe for my future.

Trivia: My dad once told me not to bother wasting time on writing because my real talent was as a fine artist. HA!

Who Me?

In 2017 I got involved with a mastermind headed up by Jenny Melrose and it was during that time that I realized that not everyone had 900 keywords on page one of Google. She and the others in my group encouraged me (and by encouraged I mean bullied-coerced-pushed) to write a course to help others achieve the success that I had in a way that they could understand.

So I did

I’d love to help you seize your dreams just like I have, no matter where you are in your journey – whether you’ve been blogging 10 years or 10 days. I have a knack for translating techspeak into momspeak and breaking it up into small (but concentrated) learning experiences that work especially well for women who are trying to get this blogging thing successful while running a busy household -or office- or small country, for that matter.

I’ll help you will all things SEO, Analytics, Search Console, Keywords, and more ALL while holding your hand and encouraging you to keep going. I don’t believe in doing things for you.

I believe in enabling you to do them for yourself.

If you’ve got any questions just email me or, better yet, join the free Search Engine Seduction Facebook group! Talk to you soon!

PS… Where Are They Now?

You know, when I left my ex husband I lost all but 2 of my friends. I had to leave the church I was involved with. Everyone told me my kids would suffer, be stunted… and my life would be a shambles. So here’s a little game of “where are they now?”.

Portrait of a young woman in red medical scrubs

Erin got out of an unhealthy relationship and went to school to be a phlebotomist. She’s got 3 kids and is working hard to create the life she dreams of.

Chris is in the Air Force and is expecting to retire in about 6 years. He, his wife, and daughter live in Idaho. He was part of the Thunderbirds for several years and continues to serve.

Matthew Audet volunteering at an orphange

Matthew is currently in the Air Force. He’s lived in Japan and Korea and did so much community service in Korea that the mayor honored him and asked him to come back. He’s stateside now – so I get to see him much more often.

Young man in Navy Uniform with his mom

Ethan is in the Navy. He has done rescue work in Haiti after the hurricane there. He, his wife, and son are stationed in England. He plans to continue in the Navy until retirement. (That’s me next to him, btw… )

Shiloh is currently going to school to get her Bachelors of Nursing so that she can be a NICU nurse. She is also considering Pediatric Oncology.

Sean graduated valedictorian in his class and has gone on to Texas A&M University where he is a sophomore. He has been accepted into the chemical engineering program at A&M. He’s been on a missions trip to Kenya, Africa which he says was life changing.

Nick is a junior in high school and is in the top 8% of students in Texas. He has been on missions trips to El Salvador and Panama where he works with severely impoverished children and youth.

And that leaves Kyrie. She is a Freshman in high school where she is a normal kid. She is an athletic trainer and wants to study for a degree in sports medicine. She goes in missions trips within the United States and works with impoverished inner city children.

I’m pretty proud of these kids! They’re carving their own path and changing the world in their own ways.
